  • Standard Rural Delivery is $9.90 (this is not a courier service)
Delivery times:
  • North Island - expected delivery is within 1 to 3 business days.
  • South Island - expect delivery is within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Rural delivery takes a little longer - expect delivery within 3 to 6 business days.


    Damaged Packages
    If your package is damaged, please contact us immediately and keep all parts and packaging as proof to our courier service. We will lodge a complaint with our courier service. Contact us at to lodge a damage complaint and we will respond with further details.


    International Shipping
    At this current time, we only offer shipping outside of New Zealand to Australia.
    Please note we are exploring more affordable shipping rates to Australia. Our current rates are:
    • Non Tracked $12 - $17 (size depending, urban and rural)
    • Tracked $25-$40NZD (size depending, urban and rural)


    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please email us at Once return has been accepted you will be forwarded a shipping slip with instructions on how to finalise your return.


    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as  personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards


    Late or missing refunds
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


    One of our staff will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
