Headache Relief Roller

Our headache + migraine blend is a strong blend of peppermint, rosemary, and lavender essential oils to fight off headaches and migraines. The perfect pocket or handbag remedy.

Peppermint has a high content of menthol which is a strong anti-inflammatory which helps to fight and ward off headaches. Peppermint essential oil also helps with feelings of nausea that may accompany a headache or a migraine. Rosemary is a strong astringent (painkiller) + helps with circulation and has been known to provide relief to migraines and tension headaches. Rosemary also brings down one's stress levels which can help with stress and emotionally related headaches. Lavender is a powerful all-rounder having astringent, anti-inflammatory, and carminative properties. Lavender works well with peppermint and rosemary to fight headaches and migraines.

To use:

roll onto temples and under the nose, DO NOT put close to your eyes as this blend may cause irritation! If irritation occurs remove with a cold, damp flannel.
