Passionflower is a lovely healing plant that is known for its ability to help with anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia. Passionflower helps to unwind your mind, and help you to find ease in your day - the perfect floral friend to aid you in your self-care routine. Chamomile is a soothing flower, known for being a sleep aid, this highly relaxing plant friend will help to ease self-doubt & will ease self-deprecating thoughts. Lavender is a powerful all-rounder, it soothes anxieties, helps with depression, offers a higher sense of self, and helps with body aches and pains. Sandalwood eases your mind into a calm state so you can find clarity in your day to day routine. Sandalwood is grounding, the perfect essential oil for meditation, and will soothe sore + tight muscles. Petitgrain is the perfect essential oil to reduce stress; petitgrain will create a strong sense of self whilst relaxing your mind and your body.

To use:

Add 2-4 tablespoons of the soak to your hot bath. You can also add a few spoonfuls to a foot bath or bowl for a foot soak.


New Zealand sea salt, Epsom salt, organic dried chamomile flowers, dried lavender flowers, organic dried passionflower flowers & leaves with Australian sandalwood essential oil and petitgrain essential oil.

I recommend patch testing these items prior to use if irritation occurs rinse immediately and discontinue use. For external use only.
