Rose has antidepressant, antispasmodic, astringent, and sedative qualities. Rose regulates menstruation, relieves cramps and excessive bleeding. Emotionally rose refreshes the soul and brings love to the heart helping you to deal with feelings of anger and anxiety. Chamomile is calming, soothing, helps in the treatment of inflammation in your time of the month, also helps one to deal with fear and feelings of worry. It helps with irritability and anger. Lavender is renowned for easing anxiety, fear, and anger, slightly sedative so perfect as a sleep aid. Clary sage is an anti-spasmodic and carminative which helps cramps during your menstrual cycle. Clary sage centers and grounds scattered thinking + helps fight off feelings of aggression, rage, and depression. Juniper Berry also has antispasmodic qualities and helps to regulate your cycle. Helpful in the prevention of mental and physical exhaustion and feelings of uselessness. Ylang-ylang is well known for balancing hormones. Brings relief when experiencing PMS symptoms. Emotionally creates feelings of peace whilst balancing your emotions.

How to use:

roll onto thyroid, wrists, and feet. Roll this blend onto palms, rub together and inhale for quick results.

Ingredients:

juniper berry, lavender, ylang-ylang, petitgrain, rose, clary sage, and chamomile essential oils in sweet almond oil and dried botanicals of chamomile, calendula, and lavender.
